Terms of Service

Quelyro is operated by NEATFIX TECHNICAL SERVICES L.L.C., a single-owner limited liability company licensed in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Trade License No. 1607738; Commercial Register No. 2822103). Business address: Office No. F1-0674, Dubai Investment Park 1, Dubai, UAE. Disputes arising in connection with these terms are subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai, subject to applicable mandatory law.
These terms cover the Quelyro service. Commercial terms shown in an order form or subscription checkout take priority where they differ.
1. Using Quelyro
Quelyro provides company workspaces for quotations, customer approvals, bookings, invoices, reports and connected payment workflows. You must provide accurate registration information, protect account credentials and use the service only for lawful business purposes.
2. Company workspaces
Each company is responsible for its workspace users, customer records, document content, tax settings, payment terms and legal compliance. Workspace administrators control who may access company data.
3. Customer payments
Customer payments are processed by the company’s connected Stripe account. Quelyro provides software and payment-status automation; it does not hold, split or become the seller of the company’s services.
4. Trial, plans and billing
Each new company receives a 14-day Full Access Trial without providing a credit card. The trial start and end timestamps are recorded by Quelyro and are not determined by Stripe. During the trial, the company may explore commercially available workspace features; Control Center and Platform Admin capabilities remain separate. When the trial expires, Quelyro does not delete the workspace, convert it to Starter or charge automatically. New operational actions require a plan selection, while historical records remain available. Current monthly list prices are Starter at AED 149, Pro at AED 349 and Business at AED 699. Paid plans may be billed monthly or annually where the annual option is shown at checkout. Annual plans are charged upfront for a 12-month period; current annual prices save 17% compared with 12 monthly payments. The checkout price and any applicable taxes control. Monthly plans renew monthly and annual plans renew every 12 months until cancelled through the available billing controls before the next renewal. Access continues through the paid period after cancellation. Fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
5. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious material, infringe another person’s rights, misrepresent financial or tax information, or use Quelyro for unlawful, deceptive or abusive activity.
6. Your data
You retain ownership of the business data and branding you upload. You authorize NEATFIX TECHNICAL SERVICES L.L.C., as the operator of Quelyro, and its service providers to process that data only as needed to operate, secure, support and improve the service.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep Quelyro reliable and secure, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Features may change as the service evolves. Material changes affecting paid use will be communicated where reasonably possible.
8. Suspension and cancellation
You may cancel through the available account or billing controls. Access may be restricted for security risks, unlawful use, unpaid fees or serious breach of these terms. Data export and deletion are handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
9. Liability
Quelyro is a business software tool and does not provide legal, accounting or tax advice. Each company remains responsible for reviewing its quotations, invoices, reports and regulatory obligations before relying on them.
